Receipt of order
Orders are usually ready for shipping within 3 to 5 days (working days) after placement.
If this is the case, send an email to email@example.com and indicate the problem. We’ll change the order as soon as possible.
You can return the order following the steps indicated in our Shopping Process.
ASM will inform you about your order via SMS. You can also check your order at the ASM website, by entering your order number.

If you want to surprise someone with a gift of Angari, please indicate it at the end of the buying process, in the “NOTES” section. Also, you can add a comment for the person receiving the gift. In this case, the recipient will not receive the invoice.
Shopping from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla
In this case, we’ll handle your order personally. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details and your order. We’ll inform you about any special shipping conditions.

We work with Banco Santander to provide all the guarantees of security when shopping on our website.
We use the Secure Electronic Commerce System -CES- (3D Secure Protocol), which provides security and protection for transactions. Powered by VISA and Mastercard, this system identifies each of the parties involved in the operation. If during the checkout process your credit card is rejected, please check the expiration date, the entered data or card limit.
When the purchase process is completed, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website where you can finish the payment.

You can check the status of your shipment with your order number at ASM website es.asmred.com
You have 15 calendar days to notify us that you wish to return an item.
If you want to return an order, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to report the reasons for the return and begin the process.
After receiving acceptance from Angari of the return, you must request the collection of your order with ASM – 902 11 33 00.
Once we have received the returned order at our offices, we need to ensure that the order is in the same condition it was delivered in the original packaging. After that, we will refund the payment using the same method chosen during the checkout. We will refund the item’s value minus the shipping cost and 3.95 EUR handling costs, unless the return is due to Angari’s fault
After receiving the item and the return is accepted, we will refund the amount within 30 working days.
If the goods are faulty or defected, as described in the Product Liability Act, Angari will replace them with identical items in perfect condition.
If you want a change of size, color or alternative items, you must place a new order.
